Yes, what you said is true…
Philosophers & scientist alike refer to it as “The Law of Attraction”. Simply put, “You are what you think”.
Like you said, once you start look at things differently (in a more optimistic way) things will normally go in your favor. It really does!!! You have to ACTUALLY BELIEVE in your mind that it will turn out right. Call it magic, call it a miracle, such is the power of “The Law of Attraction”
